Sprout Creatives began as a web design company helping local businesses establish their online presence. Over the years, we watched the marketing landscape change dramatically — AI emerged, customer expectations shifted, and the tools available to small businesses multiplied.
We realized that our clients didn't just need websites. They needed a partner who could connect all the pieces — search, advertising, reputation, social, email, AI, and automation — into one cohesive system. They needed strategy before tactics, and clarity before complexity.
So we evolved. Today, Sprout Creatives is an AI-powered marketing company that designs and manages connected marketing systems. We help businesses across the Delmarva Peninsula and beyond use artificial intelligence, automation, and proven marketing strategies to generate visibility, leads, and long-term growth.

2007
February
Sprout Creatives was germinated. The name 'Sprout' came from the nickname my stepfather Jack called me. Jack also introduced me to the world of Apple Computers — an Apple IIe in 1984 that started a lifelong Apple obsession.
2008
Discovered the world of developing client websites through Content Management Systems like DotNetNuke and Joomla.
2009
Started offering full-color printing services for our clients — mostly business cards, post cards, and rack cards.
2010
Began offering clients website and hosting packages.
2012
Became an Adobe Premier partner and started building on the Business Catalyst platform.
2015
A new relationship formed between long-time friends to establish Sprout Group Inc.
2016
Planted roots in downtown Berlin, Maryland at 29 Broad St.
2017
Acquired At The Beach Enterprises Inc., a company originally started in 1996 at the birth of the Internet.
2018
Created a partnership in Blueberry Inc. to build a web business platform called BlueberryCMS.
2020
Acquired Blueberry Inc. and continued BlueberryCMS platform development with improvements.
2021
Expanded client services to include Search Engine Marketing to help businesses improve their standing in searches and directory listings.
2025
Expanded client services to include custom AI and workflow automations to improve efficiency — keeping up with the times.
